Rob Schwartz is a music industry vet who spent his life in music distribution, music
television, sync licensing, creating music festivals and conferences, and speaking all
over the world.

He is the Co-Founder and Chief Music Officer for ACX1 Studios in Atlantic City, NJ.
ACX1 Studios was a 550,000 sq. foot mall (at Caesar’s Pier) which Rob and his team
converted into a humongous movie production lot and a large music incubator. Inside
ACX1 Studios, Rob and his partners have launched the first radio station on the Atlantic
City Boardwalk. He has also produced many music-based events with over 200 artists and 125 major industry speakers.

Rob is also the Governor of the Recording Academy (Grammy’s) for the Philadelphia
Chapter as well as a voting member for 12 years. Rob has been a mentor for the Grammy
U for 5 years. He is also in the Guild of Music Supervisors and an advisor for Rowan
College (RCBC) and Atlantic City Cape College.

Rob owns WHO?MAG Distribution, a music distribution company which has over 300
sub-labels, 1,000 artists, and 20,000 songs including a Grammy Award Winning album.
He also owns 3 music TV networks (WHO?MAG Multimedia, iFame TV, and Video
Vision) and was the 1st network to air urban music on OTT’s (on Roku in 2012).
Rob is also the owner/founder of ‘Distro Fest’ dubbed South Jersey’s coolest music
festival and conference (www.distrofest.com). Distro Fest is entering their 4 th year and
has some of the top music industry speakers and many top-tier performers. He is
also the co-founder of ‘PLAY Music Conference’ in Philadelphia plus created the first
music distribution NFT line called “The WHOMEEZ”.

Rob is also a multiple award-winning film director, producer, and music supervisor. He
has worked on 23 different movies and TV show as a music supervisor and other roles.
Rob won the Pocono Film Festival for “Best Documentary” with his “WHO?MAG Hip
Hop Document”. He has also produced and directed almost 200 30-minute music TV
shows between WHO?MAG TV, DMTV, Video Vision, and Dancin’ On Air (reboot on
FUSE TV) which has over 3,000 combined interviews ranging from hip hop, EDM, pop,
and music execs.

As a music industry advocate, Rob has also spoken all over the world including Seoul
(South Korea), Kent (UK), Rome (Italy), Toronto (Canada), Barcelona (Spain), Sofia
(Bulgaria), SXSW, Tulsa Music Awards, many Universities, music conferences, film
festivals, and all over the US.
